Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about commissions, timelines, and delivery.
What is ARKit?
ARKit is Appleās face-tracking system. It captures subtle facial movements with high accuracy, so your VTuber model can show smoother, higher-quality expressions compared to basic webcam tracking. Iphone or iPad required (Iphone recomended for more accuracy)
How does the payment work?
Prices are in USD and paid though Paypal or CashApp if you prefer. 50% upfront and 50% after delivery. I'm open to work with you on a payment plan if needed.
What is the usual turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on complexity and queue position. Base packages typically take around 1 month, while add-ons vary by scope.
Do you do NSFW toggles
Yes, however I'm only confortable doing them for female designs.
NSFW toggles for loli models won't be acepted. I'll make normal loli models if requested, but not an NSFW toggle for them.
What files do I receive?
You will receive the Warudo file and a unity package if you requested a VRChat version. I can also provide the FBX exports and original texture files (4K) if requested.
How does the waitlist works?
You will be booked for the soonest available spot and 25% of the comission will be charged. Another 25% when I start working on it, and then the remaining 50% when it is delivered.
Can I request extra expressions/outfits if I didn't put them on the form?
Yes. Add-ons can be requested at any time, just send me a DM to let me know. Custom expressions are priced per expression, and additional outfits/hair styles are priced per outfit/hair style.
How is the VRChat model delivered
I'll send you a Unity package with the needed files included. You will need to create a project with the VRC companion app and upload it from there to your VRChat account.
I'm I able to use the models comertially?
You are free to use the model commercially or in whatever other way you want. Go wild, it's your model after all. Just remember to credit me as the 3D artist ;)
I only have a frontal view of my character, is that enough?
A reference sheet showing the front and side views are strongly prefered but not strictly required. If you only have a frontal view I can work with it too, just keep in mind that since I have to do some guesswork, it might take a bit longer and look a bit different from what you imagined. A back view is greatly appreciated too but not required.
Can the model be kept confidential until the debut
I might share some WIP or updates on social media but I will generally ask for permission to do this first. If you prefer to keep the commission private until its debut, please let me know and I won't post anything about it until then.
